Training dates are also included, when known (be sure to check back for updates). When RSVP for each training becomes available, you can click the supplied link in the listing below to access the RSVP page. To attend a Student Allocations Board meeting for the purposes of appealing an SAB decision or proposing changes to the student organization funding structure, please email a written attendance request to allocationsboard@ubalt.edu.

Financial Expenditure Training
This training is required of organization Presidents and Treasurers annually to access funds. You may fulfill the Financial Expenditure Training requirement (and many other requirements) at Student Org Training Day: September 10, 9:00AM-2:00PM or you may attend one of the stand-alone workshops listed below.

Initial (2017/2018) Funding Request Training
Training required for each organization requesting 2017/2018 funding.
We are working to make training available online this year. Check back in mid-March for details.

Initial (2017/18) Funding Request Drop-In Help
Drop-in sessions are intended to provide hands-on assistance with the budget request creation process and any questions student leaders may have after they've completed the online training. Computers will be available at each drop-in session for student use.The drop-in sessions do not fulfill the training requirement by themselves; the online training is required.

Deadline for 2016/2017 Payment and Withdrawal Requests
To allow ample processing time before the fiscal year closes, all payment and withdrawal requests must be entered into OrgSync by this deadline. This is a hard deadline. Requests submitted after this deadline will not be processed.

The deadline to request a budget from Allocations Board for 2017-18 is May 25 at noon! Training (which is required before submitting a request) is to be completed online this year. Click to access the training now or get info about the training.
